"When I was an athlete, I struggled to find anything comprehensive enough to support the mental demands of racing and the high physical and mental load of training. Weekly sessions with a psychologist were out of reach, so now as a Performance Psychologist, I’ve developed this course to provide athletes with accessible, practical strategies to strengthen mental skills and support training and competition preparation."
I have worked extensively with individual athletes, teams, and coaches, specialising in performance psychology. My background also includes representing Australia in Triathlon, Duathlon, Athletics, and National Cross Country Championships. Outside of sport, I have 10+ years of experience in Human Factors, Human Resources, and Psychology across private practice, defence, aviation, and rail sectors.
