I have worked extensively with individual athletes, teams, and coaches, specialising in performance psychology. My background also includes representing Australia in Triathlon, Duathlon, Athletics and National championships for Cross Country. Outside of sport I have 10+ years of experience in Human Factors, Human Resources, and Psychology spanning private practice, defence, aviation, and rail sectors.
